If you can’t find it on our site, it doesn’t mean we can’t get it! If you contact us via email, or via phone, we will try our best to source the part for you.
Product Enquiry – Do you sell the product I am looking for?
To find a particular product, you can use our search box, browse by brand, give us a call on 01788 538 999 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders – Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Only on request. If so, you will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.
Orders – How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all orders, this is a limited time offer.
Orders – How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Promacshop.co.uk is easy: browse by brand, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout.
Orders – How long will delivery take?
If you completed the order before 4:00 pm we try our very best to get next day delivery.
Payment – Why has my Credit Card been declined?
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorise payment to Promac then you will be notified of this during the checkout process. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.
Payment – Which payment methods do you accept?
Promac accepts the following payment methods: Visa & Mastercard. We also accept PayPal.
Account – I Already Have A Credit Account With You, How Does It Work On Here?
If you could call us on 01788 538 999 or email us at email@example.com with your username, we can then merge the accounts together for you.
Account – Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details.
Account – I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Go to Sign In and click on ‘Forgotten your password’. We will email you a new temporary password.
Returns – My order never arrived or is wrong/damaged
Please contact us either by phone or email and we can get this sorted as soon as possible.
Returns – I would like to return an item I bought. What do I do?
Please send it back to us with a covering letter including a daytime contact telephone number in case we have a query. As we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, please make sure you use a recorded delivery method. Please allow up to ten days for us to respond. Provided that the items returned fall within our policy (Unused) we will refund to your original tender. If you paid cash, we will send you a cheque.
